Dr. Higginbotham earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in 2000.  Dr. Higginbotham has extensive experience working with city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and the United States military.  For the past 20 years, he has provided a variety of public safety consulting services including pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, critical incident debriefings, operational consulting to hostage negotiation teams, wellness services for crimes against children units and crime scene investigators, security clearance evaluations, and EAP counseling.
